I love summer and don’t mind the heat. This Summer has been extremely wet, which has been great for the plants and, hopefully, the water tables. It makes it challenging to plan walks and get outside. Lol, flash floods and hail. Yes, I will admit rather have rain versus snow any day of the week! I live in Denver because my family is here.  I have also accumulated many close friends who also live in Denver!  May 2023 made the record book for rainfall in  May. Beating out May 1973. And just how did those soggy pilgrims survive May of 1876? Heck we were only a half a foot away from beating that record. And yes having the soggy rain beats all those horrible forest fires for years past!
